Bratz and Rodarte Partner on Couture-Inspired Collector Dolls

Two decades after their debut, the Bratz dolls are stepping onto the runway. MGA Entertainment has tapped luxury fashion house Rodarte for a limited-edition collaboration, reimagining the iconic characters Cloe and Sasha in elaborate, couture-style ensembles that mirror the Mulleavy sisters’ signature ethereal aesthetic.

The collection draws directly from Rodarte’s archives, translating high-fashion textures into miniature form. Cloe appears in an ivory satin gown accented with voluminous sleeves and delicate blue floral appliqués, while Sasha is outfitted in a violet-and-black metallic ensemble complete with lace layers and fairy wings. The collaboration extends beyond the toy shelf, with Rodarte releasing a corresponding apparel line featuring graphic tees and crewneck sweatshirts that blend the fashion house’s romantic sensibility with the bold, Y2K-inspired legacy of the Bratz brand.

This partnership arrives during the 25th-anniversary celebration for Bratz, marking a continued pivot for the brand toward the luxury fashion market. According to Jasmin Larian Hekmat, President and Creative Director of Bratz, the project aims to position the dolls as collectible art rather than simple playthings. The dolls will be available starting July 6 via the official Bratz website, with a subsequent retail launch at Selfridges scheduled for August.
