MTS-128 distinguishes itself from conventional bispecific T-cell engagers by targeting multiple biological mechanisms simultaneously. This design aims to improve target cell killing efficiency while widening the therapeutic window and mitigating off-target toxicity. Developed through the company’s AiProtein engine, the program represents a shift for METiS from early technological development toward global commercialization.
