Ribbonwire Ranch Debuts Organic Beef Sticks in 150 Retail Stores

Texas-based Ribbonwire Ranch has expanded its footprint in the protein snack market, launching a 100% USDA Certified Organic Beef Stick across 150 retail locations nationwide. The move marks a significant retail push for the family-owned producer, which manages its supply chain from the historic XIT Ranch grounds.

The new product line is now available at major grocery chains including Wegmans, Gelson's, and Central Market, alongside e-commerce options via Amazon and the company's website. These beef sticks, offered in 1-ounce and 1/2-ounce five-count boxes, retail for $15.99 and $8.59 respectively. The snacks are produced without antibiotics, added hormones, gluten, MSG, or artificial additives, aligning with the ranch’s decade-long commitment to organic standards.

Operating on land that has supported cattle since 1885, the company maintains a vertically integrated model. According to co-founder Chad Schoonover, this internal control over cattle, feed, and production ensures transparency for consumers concerned about the origins of their snacks. By managing the entire process since transitioning to organic practices in 2015, Ribbonwire aims to provide a reliable "pasture to package" traceability that distinguishes its products from other items in the crowded protein snack aisle.
