Baird credits the achievement to the collective efforts of the company's workforce, emphasizing that the award reflects a shared commitment to customer promises rather than individual performance alone. During his tenure, the company has prioritized organic growth through strategic partnerships and new technological initiatives. Thomas Irvin, the company's Chief Performance Officer, noted that Baird’s leadership has fostered a culture of accountability that empowers staff to produce consistent results.
As a regional winner, Baird now advances to the national competition. He will join other industry leaders at the Strategic Growth Forum in November, where national honorees will be selected for further consideration at the World Entrepreneur Of The Year event in 2027. The Southeast cohort also includes executives from firms such as Carpe, Teamworks, and Slim & Husky's, all recognized for their regional economic impact and long-term value creation.
