The appointment follows a record-breaking 2025 for Associated’s commercial division and aligns with the bank's recent expansion into the Dallas market. By embedding AI into internal processes, the organization aims to automate routine tasks, thereby freeing bankers to focus on personalized client solutions and proactive relationship management. The bank intends to leverage Miner’s expertise to streamline portfolio management and treasury services.

Before joining Associated, Miner led enterprise analytics at U.S. Bank, where he managed a team of over 60 professionals focused on revenue growth and banker effectiveness. His background also includes a leadership role at Target, where he directed a global data organization of more than 100 people. Miner holds a Ph.D. in organizational psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and currently instructs courses on data science and revenue growth at the Pacific Coast Banking School.
