Since joining the firm in 2022, he has been credited with strengthening the company's operating platform and expanding its market reach.

Veech will remain connected to the organization as a member of the Board of Directors and a Senior Advisor. Gary Goldstein, representing the Board, noted that the transition reflects confidence in Cain’s operational discipline and his alignment with the company’s long-term strategy.
