Moore represents a diverse roster of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, private equity funds, and multinational manufacturers. His courtroom experience spans from pre-suit risk assessment to appellate arguments before the United States Supreme Court. Beyond active litigation, he provides counsel on structuring business transactions to mitigate future liability, specifically regarding securities law and fiduciary duties.

Paul R. McIntyre, managing shareholder of the firm’s Philadelphia location, cited Moore’s national advocacy record as a key driver for the hire. For his part, Moore pointed to the firm's global platform and entrepreneurial culture as primary catalysts for the move. A former clerk for the Hon. Franklin S. Van Antwerpen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Moore also served on the 2025 Law360 Pennsylvania Editorial Advisory Board and frequently publishes analysis on M&A litigation trends.
