Held at the New York Hilton Midtown from June 17–21, the event returned to the organization's birthplace to commemorate four decades of national incorporation. The conference focused on the "Four for the Future" pillars: Mentoring, Education, Health and Wellness, and Economic Empowerment. Programming included the Economic Empowerment Business Summit and a national Town Hall, alongside specialized sessions for the Collegiate 100 and Emerging 100 cohorts. Youth participants competed in areas ranging from STEM and financial literacy to public speaking and career readiness.

Beyond domestic goals, the organization signaled its growing international footprint by pinning Karim Bouamrane, the Mayor of Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, France, as an honorary member. Chairman Milton H. Jones, Jr. described the milestone as a demonstration of the mission's enduring strength, emphasizing a focus on preparing the next generation of leaders. The conference was supported by a wide roster of corporate partners, including State Farm, The Coca-Cola Company, and Wells Fargo, underscoring the organization's role as the largest African American-led mentoring network in the United States.
