The partnership provides Pan Am with a scalable infrastructure from the outset, bypassing the need for complex internal development. By deploying the iLoyal platform before its first flight, the airline aims to secure customer retention through AI-enabled tools that offer the same agility as established global carriers. The system is designed to manage partner ecosystems and digital promotions, allowing the brand to expand its reach as it builds out its new route network.

Ed Wegel, President and CEO of Pan Am, stated that the platform provides the necessary innovation to support the airline's long-term vision. Marcus Puffer, Head of Loyalty Management Solutions at IBS Software, noted that the technology is intended to match the brand's historical ambition with the commercial flexibility required by a modern start-up carrier. Pan Am is currently undergoing certification with the FAA and DOT, aiming to reclaim its status in international aviation using an Airbus fleet.
