Rebecca Whitney Named CEO of Young Innovations

Whitney’s career spans extensive executive experience within the spine and orthopedics sectors, including senior roles at GE Healthcare, Covidien, and Zimmer Biomet. Chairman of the Board David Butler cited her history of scaling organizations and integrating acquisitions as primary drivers for the appointment, noting her specific expertise in collaborating with clinicians to bring new technologies to market.

At Young Innovations, Whitney will oversee a diverse portfolio of dental brands. Her background emphasizes both organic growth and expansion through acquisition, as well as navigating complex distribution channels. A graduate of the University of Utah with an MBA, she will operate from Denver as she looks to build on the company’s current market momentum.
