Kirchner arrives at the Charlottesville-based firm following a tenure at HCA Healthcare, where he served as Division Vice President for the North Florida Division. During his time there, he oversaw facility planning and network expansion across a 15-hospital system, including the development of the UCF Lake Nona Medical Center. His background also includes six years of system-level strategy work at AdventHealth.
In his new role, Kirchner will focus on the front end of the development process, helping health systems and physician groups translate clinical goals into real estate strategies. By bridging the gap between operational priorities and physical infrastructure, he aims to support providers in navigating capital investment and market growth. Katie Jacoby, Executive Vice President of Strategy and Development at Anchor, noted that Kirchner’s experience on the provider side offers a critical perspective for clients seeking data-informed facility planning.
