This acquisition pushes TCC’s total store count to 594, contributing to a broader portfolio of 1,402 locations under the Round Room umbrella. To manage the expansion, the company has promoted Jeff Falk to Area Vice President for the Northeast, leveraging his local expertise to oversee the integration of the new sites. Over 100 TCC sales team members and additional support staff are currently on-site to assist with operational transitions and infrastructure alignment.
Scott Moorehead, CEO of Round Room, noted that the move is central to the company’s long-term growth strategy. Beyond the retail footprint, the company plans to integrate its established community-focused business model into these new markets. TCC, which has donated over $11 million to various nonprofits through its grant programs, intends to bring its culture of local giving to the acquired territories as part of its standard onboarding process.
