Frink joined the Columbia-based lender in 2013 and has climbed through the executive ranks to become a cornerstone of the company’s leadership. Her appointment to COO follows a banner year for the organization, which financed more than $26 billion in home loans throughout 2025. During her previous tenure as CFO, Frink played a central role in maintaining the company’s status as the nation’s top VA purchase lender.
"I'm proud of what our team has built here at Veterans United," Frink said regarding the accolade. "Our mission—making sure veterans and military families have access to the home loan benefits they've earned—is what drives everything we do." Amanda Andrade, the company’s Chief People Officer, noted that the award reflects both Frink’s individual contributions and the leadership culture fostered at the firm.
