John Linker Tapped as CFO for Columbus McKinnon

Columbus McKinnon has named industry veteran John Linker as its new chief financial officer, filling the vacancy left by outgoing executive Gregory Rustowicz. The appointment brings over twenty years of experience in industrial manufacturing to the hoist and crane systems provider as it looks to maintain its current fiscal trajectory.

Linker arrives at the company after serving as the finance chief for Husky Technologies. His background includes significant executive tenures at Serta Simmons Bedding and a progressive career path through various financial leadership roles at Jeld-Wen. The company credited his appointment to a consistent track record of strengthening operations and financial performance across manufacturing sectors.

Alongside the leadership change, the company reaffirmed its financial outlook for the current fiscal year. Management expects adjusted earnings to land between $1.70 and $1.90 per share, supported by projected net sales ranging from $2.05 billion to $2.12 billion.
