Kusuri No Aoki Holdings Profit Dips Despite Revenue Growth

Kusuri No Aoki Holdings reported a net profit of 17.13 billion yen for the fiscal year ended May 20, 2026, marking a decline from the 17.79 billion yen recorded in the previous year. Despite this bottom-line softening, the company saw its total revenue climb significantly to 566.87 billion yen.

The Japanese retail operator, listed under 3549.TO, navigated a mixed financial landscape over the twelve-month period. While revenue surged from 501.47 billion yen in 2025 to 566.87 billion yen, operational efficiency faced pressures that weighed on the final net profit figure. Operating profit showed resilience, edging up to 27.10 billion yen compared to 26.60 billion yen the prior year.

Pretax profit remained largely stable at 27.72 billion yen, up slightly from 27.51 billion yen. Earnings per share saw a marginal increase to 176.95 yen from 175.42 yen. These figures were prepared in accordance with Japanese accounting standards.
