APi Group Lifts Annual Forecast Following WTech Acquisition

With the integration of WTech Fire Group officially underway, APi Group has revised its 2026 financial outlook upward. The business services firm now projects annual revenues reaching as high as $8.86 billion, signaling a swift expansion of its international footprint in fire and life safety services.

The company now anticipates total revenue for the year to land between $8.66 billion and $8.86 billion, a notable increase from the previous range of $8.58 billion to $8.78 billion. Projections for adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization have also been nudged higher, moving to a range of $1.18 billion to $1.24 billion.

This upgraded guidance accounts for the anticipated impact of WTech, which officially joined the APi portfolio on July 1. The acquisition adds specialized fire sprinkler, suppression, and detection capabilities to the company's European operations, with WTech expected to generate approximately $175 million in annual revenue moving forward.
