The S1 unit expands to three times its retracted depth in 40 seconds, utilizing a mechanical design that collapses into a slim profile when not in use. Constructed with 8mm glass and premium insulation, the structure aims to blend into contemporary home aesthetics while housing the proprietary SANARIUM control system. Users can cycle through five climate settings, reaching temperatures as high as 210° F.
Phillip Rock, CEO of KLAFS, noted that the product is designed to bridge the gap for residents in space-constrained environments who previously could not accommodate permanent sauna installations. The unit is available in three sizes with matte black or walnut finishes. Pricing for the S1 starts at $44,900 and climbs to $51,900 for larger configurations, excluding the cost of professional delivery and installation.
