In his new capacity, Molloie assumes responsibility for the full spectrum of the firm's legal activities, ranging from contract management to litigation. Beyond traditional legal counsel, he will serve as the company's HIPAA Privacy Officer and chair its Compliance Committee. This appointment underscores MedReview's strategy to integrate clinical expertise with proprietary auditing tools, an approach that has historically generated over $3 billion in savings for its healthcare clients.
