The collaboration leverages the Sherpa Drone to simplify exterior maintenance work such as window washing, facade cleaning, and solar panel upkeep. By utilizing this technology, operators can bypass the physical risks associated with traditional methods like scaffolding and ladders. According to company data, existing Lucid Bots operators have generated over $75 million in revenue, with many new businesses reaching the $100,000 mark within their first four months.

Vets to Drones, founded in 2023 by Marine Corps veteran Chris Lewis, provides free training, including FAA Part 107 certification and NIST-standard flight education. This curriculum prepares participants for various sectors, including infrastructure inspection and agriculture. Matt Lowen, senior alliance manager at Lucid Bots, noted that the discipline and precision inherent in military training align with the demands of drone-based commercial operations. Since its inception, the Sherpa Drone has completed over 6,500 jobs, covering more than 22 million square feet of surface area across three continents.
