The platform supports a range of assets, including NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, and gold, enabling users to post their tokenized holdings directly as margin. By integrating technology from Ondo Finance, the platform seeks to eliminate the need for maintaining separate capital reserves across multiple venues, effectively turning passive tokenized assets into productive trading capital. According to the company, execution speeds are designed to match centralized exchange standards while maintaining decentralized protocols.
Ian De Bode, President at Ondo Finance, noted that the platform offers global investors 24/7 exposure to U.S. capital markets, a segment that has historically lacked access to equivalent brokerage infrastructure. With the underlying Ondo Global Markets ecosystem reaching $1 billion in total value locked, this expansion into perpetuals represents a shift toward more capital-efficient, on-chain financial instruments. The service remains strictly off-limits to residents of the United States, Panama, and other jurisdictions subject to international sanctions.
