State-level oversight bodies, including the Nevada Gaming Control Board and the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, will also participate in the policy discussions.

Programming will center on high-stakes regulatory challenges, ranging from OFAC sanctions and tribal AML enforcement to the impact of prediction markets on compliance programs. Organizers are placing a specific focus on emerging technological threats, with sessions slated to cover artificial intelligence and recent investigative trends from FinCEN.
