The four-day festival, produced by INGEÑUITY and sponsored by AARP, transforms the venue into a hub of cultural celebration. Attendees will cycle through three primary programming pillars: the Tejano America Fanfest Expo, the high-energy Gran Bailes mega dances, and the Vegas Vibe Pool Splash. For organizers, the event functions as an annual reunion for families and veterans who share a deep connection to the genre.
Founder Sarah Ruiz Chávez noted the personal resonance of the festival, citing her own upbringing in a Tejano-music household in Kansas. The lineup features a roster of industry stalwarts, including Los Palominos, Michael Salgado, Elsa Garcia, and The Latin Breed. A centerpiece of this year's programming is the official tribute to Emilio Navaira, featuring performances by Emilio and Diego Navaira alongside special guests David Lee Garza and Destiny Navaira. Yvette Peña of AARP emphasized that the partnership reflects the organization’s commitment to the intersection of cultural identity and cognitive health, noting that music serves as a vital component of community well-being.
