The Towns at West End will feature three-story residences starting at 1,872 square feet, each configured with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. With entry-level pricing in the high $500,000 range, the development aims to blend modern, low-maintenance architecture with the historic character of the neighborhood. According to Tench Tilghman, president of Lennar’s Pennsylvania and Delaware division, the project is designed to capitalize on the area's ongoing urban renewal.
Positioned near Buchanan Park and Franklin & Marshall College, the site offers proximity to downtown’s arts and dining district. Connectivity remains a central selling point for the development, which sits within reach of the Lancaster Amtrak Station and major regional arteries including Route 30 and Route 222. By limiting the scope to 53 homesites, the builder intends to maintain an intimate feel, contrasting with larger-scale suburban housing tracts.
