Since the incident in early June, public accounts have identified Robinson as the primary aggressor, a claim her legal team flatly rejects. Lead attorney Cory Weck stated that court documents now reveal a pattern of physical and verbal hostility dating back to an alleged assault in August 2025. During the June 3 incident, Robinson’s father, J. Will Robinson, reportedly sustained injuries that required medical intervention, while a subsequent police call on June 4 resulted in Sandoval being removed from the Lakeridge Road residence.
Despite being a named tenant who contributed $17,000 for the security deposit and initial rent, Robinson vacated the home after being served with a restraining order by Sandoval. She has since filed her own legal action, asserting that the property contains her personal belongings and that the public portrayal of events remains inaccurate. A court hearing scheduled for July 16 is expected to address the full record of these allegations and the status of the restraining orders filed by both parties.
