Tiemco narrows half-year losses as revenue climbs

Tiemco Ltd. reported a net loss of 14 million yen for the six months ending May 31, a significant improvement over the 45 million yen loss recorded during the same period last year. The company’s financial trajectory shows signs of recovery despite persistent bottom-line pressure in its latest fiscal report.

Tiemco narrows half-year losses as revenue climbs

Revenue for the Japanese firm reached 1.86 billion yen for the first half, climbing from 1.63 billion yen in 2025. This top-line growth helped swing the company into positive territory at the operating level, recording a profit of 2 million yen compared to a 32 million yen loss a year prior. Pretax profit also moved into the black at 9 million yen, rebounding from a 28 million yen loss in the previous corresponding period. Despite the improved performance, the company reported a loss per share of 5.83 yen, down from 18.46 yen. Management maintains a midyear dividend of 0 yen, with a forecasted annual dividend of 12.00 yen per share.
