Dr. Kincaid transitions to the firms from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where her research centered on new approach methods, including human organoid models and cheminformatics. Her background also encompasses policy and scientific communication roles within a Washington, D.C. advocacy firm. In her new capacity, she will assist clients navigating complex regulatory frameworks such as the Toxic Substances Control Act and the European Union’s REACH program.
Her technical focus includes computational hazard assessment and the interpretation of toxicity data to support product approvals. By integrating her experience in quantitative structure-activity relationship approaches with existing regulatory strategies, Dr. Kincaid will work to ensure that clients utilize the most current scientific evidence during the evaluation process. She holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Health and Engineering from Johns Hopkins.
