The company’s transformation under new ownership now graces the June 2026 cover of The RAMAC Voice, marking a successful pivot from a distressed business to a growing industrial player.

Acquired in 2025 by the Chicago-based Whitebridge Capital Partners, the firm underwent a comprehensive operational overhaul. Whitebridge principals Todd DiBenedetto, Mark Heinze, and Linda Budz injected both capital and management expertise to stabilize the operation. The leadership team, bolstered by Vice President of Operations Brian Kramer, Business Manager Susan Dreyer, and HR Manager Misty Otwaska, has aggressively diversified the company’s portfolio. RB Industrial Manufacturing is now expanding its reach into aerospace, plumbing, appliance manufacturing, and power generation.

To support these new sectors, the plant has integrated advanced technology, including a high-precision vision system, while working toward AS9100D certification to complement its existing ISO 9001 standards. President Mark Heinze views the media recognition as a validation of the team's commitment to rebuilding the business. With seven decades of history in Wisconsin, the company is positioning itself to regain its standing as a reliable precision machining provider for complex, modern industrial applications.
