The expansion marks the seventh location for the brand in Arizona. Vasquez brings a background in product management and B2B SaaS to the role, though her interest in the sector dates back to her college years, when she directed activities at local nursing homes. Her professional trajectory, which includes volunteering in hospitals and mentoring youth, aligns with the franchise’s model of prioritizing compassionate, relationship-based care.

Seniors Helping Seniors distinguishes itself by hiring active older adults to provide care for those who are less mobile, a strategy intended to foster deeper connections between caregivers and clients. With the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services estimating that nearly 70% of retirees will eventually require some form of long-term care, the company is scaling its footprint to meet rising needs. President Namrata Yocom-Jan noted that the organization relies on franchisees who demonstrate a strong personal commitment to service, citing Vasquez as a key addition to the national network, which now spans 400 territories.
