This steady top-line growth translated into a substantial boost for the bottom line, as operating profit surged to ¥3.96 billion, nearly doubling the ¥2.12 billion recorded during the previous nine-month period.
Strengthening Profitability and Shareholder Value
According to the financial results released on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Cleanup Corp.’s pretax profit reached ¥4.40 billion, a notable increase from the ¥2.50 billion reported previously. The improved performance suggests a successful navigation of market conditions and cost management strategies during the first three quarters of the fiscal year.The surge in net income significantly bolstered earnings per share, which rose to ¥85.32 from ¥44.22 in the prior year. The company noted that these results were prepared in accordance with Japanese accounting standards.
