The induction highlights the sorority’s commitment to honoring individuals whose professional achievements and community service mirror the organization's core principles: Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood. International President Dr. Stacie N.C. Grant noted that these women have already established legacies of impact, and their inclusion is intended to further the sorority’s mission of creating lasting social change.

The new class features a diverse array of leaders, including U.S. Representative Lateefah Simon, known for her work in civil rights and criminal justice reform, and Emmy-winning actress and advocate Niecy Nash-Betts. Other inductees include Grammy-winning artist Sheila E., anti-hazing activist Pamela Champion, and Tennessee House Democratic Leader Karen D. Camper. The cohort also highlights the contributions of journalist Jenisha Watts, veteran and motivational speaker Danielle Green, and gospel artist and pastor Dr. Grisanthia “San” Franklin, among others.

These women join a distinguished historical roster of Alpha Omega members, including figures such as Anita Hill, Esther Rolle, and Sarah Vaughn. By incorporating these leaders, the sorority aims to leverage their collective expertise to bolster its community initiatives, such as Z-HOPE and various youth auxiliary programs, while continuing its century-long tradition of public service.
