The report underscores a period of growth for the Toronto-based firm, highlighted by its recent listing on the NYSE American. CEO Philip Williams noted that as the company advances its diversified portfolio, maintaining high standards for community relationships and environmental stewardship remains central to its long-term strategy.

Operational metrics from the past year reflect a push toward localized impact. In Canada, 46% of exploration spending was directed toward Indigenous contractors, with workforce participation rates reaching 78% in Quebec and 33% in Saskatchewan. On the environmental front, the company reported zero reportable incidents while completing a multi-year water quality baseline program at its Larocque East Project. Infrastructure at the Tony M Mine in Utah also saw upgrades, including the implementation of remote monitoring systems to improve reliability.
