Developed by Carmel Reserve LLC under the leadership of Crystal Jiang, the enclave represents one of the final large-scale land opportunities on the Monterey Peninsula. The project features 73 homesites, ranging from two-and-a-half to over 12 acres, designed to integrate with the surrounding natural landscape. Architects are utilizing stone and weathered wood to anchor the structures within their environment, while offering residents personalized art curation and advanced fiber-optic connectivity.

Central to the community is the restoration of the 20-acre September Ranch. This facility serves as an equestrian hub for both residents and the public, providing indoor and outdoor arenas alongside 12 miles of riding trails. The site’s historic red barn has been repurposed as a cultural venue for exhibitions and culinary events. Beyond the local amenities, homeowners gain access to the ONE Place membership, which connects them to private clubs in cities including London, Tokyo, and Palo Alto. The development is positioned 12 minutes from the Monterey Regional Airport, balancing secluded mountain living with proximity to the Silicon Valley corridor.
