Hampson joins the Scottsdale-based homebuilder following a stint as Florida division president for Freehold Capital Management. His background includes an 11-year tenure at Toll Brothers, where he held various project management and land acquisition positions. Area President Steve Kempton highlighted Hampson’s track record in master-planned communities as a critical asset for the company’s current expansion strategy.

The Jacksonville division is currently managing six active communities, anchored by the newly launched Esplanade at St. Marys. This 1,250-acre project near the Georgia-Florida border is slated to deliver over 1,300 single-family homes alongside a full suite of resort-style amenities, including a championship golf course and a wellness center. Hampson, who holds an MBA from Lindenwood University, remains active in the local real estate sector through his involvement with the Urban Land Institute and the Northeast Florida Builders Association.
