The new Better Than Ramen™ kits feature A-Sha’s signature Meteor noodles, which are air-dried rather than fried and contain 12 grams of protein per serving. These are paired with two distinct liquid broth starters: a traditional chicken base and a Tonkotsu-inspired pork version. By utilizing high-quality broth concentrates instead of the standard powdered seasoning packets, the companies aim to replicate an authentic, restaurant-grade experience at home.
Tripp Bradshaw, VP of Sales at Summit Hill Foods, noted that the collaboration marks the first time a bouillon brand has introduced a dedicated ramen broth base. The 10-pack multipacks, containing five servings of each flavor, will be available exclusively in Costco warehouses across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, and Puerto Rico. This expansion reflects a broader trend of specialty brands moving into mainstream grocery channels to provide more complex, ingredient-focused meal solutions for everyday consumers.
