His background includes serving as both a consulting and testifying expert in complex litigation, a dual perspective the company intends to leverage to refine its service delivery processes.

Micah Hobart assumes the role of Business Manager, bringing over 30 years of executive leadership across financial technology and consulting. Before joining Veracity, Hobart founded Liberty Payment Solutions and served as COO of Paperless Transaction Corporation, where he scaled operations to support 15,000 clients. At Veracity, he will manage strategic initiatives and organizational growth. CEO Chip Koons noted that these additions are designed to support the firm’s expansion while maintaining its focus on handling high-stakes matters, including trade secret theft and internal investigations.
