Browning launched Unleashed Brands with the objective of creating a premier platform for youth development. Under his direction, the company has scaled to include seven national franchises: Urban Air, The Little Gym, Sylvan Learning, Snapology, Class 101, Premier Martial Arts, and Water Wings Swim School. The portfolio now serves millions of families through a network of more than 1,500 locations across the United States.

Reflecting on the honor, Browning credited his team and the company's network of franchise owners for the milestone. He noted that the recognition reinforces the company's North Texas roots and its ongoing mission to provide educational and recreational opportunities for children.
