Amazon Pharmacy currently offers same-day delivery in nearly 3,000 U.S. cities, with plans to reach 4,500 locations by the end of 2026. Beyond basic delivery, Prime members gain access to deeper savings on generics, while the RxPass subscription service allows patients to manage chronic conditions for a flat $5 monthly fee.
