By promoting from within, the parent company of Jencap and Paragon Insurance Holdings intends to bolster its financial governance and brokerage capacity as the firm scales its national specialty distribution platform.

Dave Nielsen steps into the role of Chief Operating Officer, taking charge of infrastructure optimization and enterprise-wide governance. Kyle Struble moves to Chief Financial Officer, overseeing capital stewardship and financial reporting. These appointments are designed to provide the executive bandwidth necessary to manage the company's increasing organizational complexity.

Within the Jencap division, leadership responsibilities have been segmented to focus on specific growth drivers. John LaCava becomes President of Jencap Programs, while Joe Hayes assumes the role of President for the Jencap Brokerage Division. Additionally, Tom Murphy takes on the dual title of Office President and Chief Growth Officer for Programs, and Matt Dunn is appointed Executive Vice President of Business Operations and Acquisitions. CEO John Jennings noted that these internal promotions are intended to ensure the firm maintains its momentum while building a durable leadership structure for the future.
