His mandate involves leveraging long-standing industry connections to identify new revenue streams and improve execution across the retail ecosystem. Group President Mark Rahiya noted that Mueller’s appointment reflects an intentional investment in the human relationships necessary to navigate modern commerce.
Before this transition, Mueller spent 35 years at Kellanova and the Kellogg Company, eventually serving as Vice President of Industry and Customer Development. His background includes managing large-scale customer accounts and crafting commercial strategies across multiple channels. Having collaborated with Acosta Group previously on various retail initiatives, Mueller brings a familiar perspective to his new role, focusing on the intersection of marketplace insight and brand performance.
