The facility sits in Bartow County along the I-75 North corridor, strategically positioned between Atlanta and Chattanooga. This location places the site in the immediate vicinity of major industrial investments, including the $5 billion Hyundai Motor Group and SK On EV battery plant, alongside Hanwha Qcells' $2.5 billion solar manufacturing expansion in Cartersville. The center provides dual access to Interstate 75 and Georgia Highway 411, with proximity to the Appalachian Regional Port and its rail link to the Port of Savannah.
Keith Buchanan, founder of BCP, highlighted that this project represents the firm’s first investment in the Atlanta market. Conlan Company has been tapped as the general contractor, while Nathan Anderson of NAI Brannen Goddard will manage leasing. The investment aligns with BCP’s strategy of targeting locations with significant job growth and favorable supply-demand dynamics. Ford Albert, a director at the firm, noted that the project relies on a low-cost basis and durable risk mitigation to support their zero-fee investment model.
