Guidroz brings a proven track record to the executive suite, having served as CEO of Toucan—Accel’s Louisiana subsidiary—since 2021. During his tenure there, he spearheaded the expansion of the company’s Louisiana route and managed a strategic series of acquisitions, most notably the Rice Palace Truck Stop Casino. His prior experience includes leadership roles at Jacobs Entertainment and Colonial Downs Racetrack, alongside his 2015 founding of the Louisiana Video Gaming Association.

Simultaneous to this appointment, the company announced that Chief Compliance Officer Derek Harmer will depart his post on March 31. Harmer is moving to pursue external opportunities but will remain tethered to the organization through the gaming compliance committee beginning April 1.
