Y's Table Net Profit More Than Doubles in First Quarter

Y's Table Corp. reported a sharp surge in net profit for the first quarter ended May 31, reaching 390 million yen compared to 154 million yen during the same period last year. The results, based on Japanese accounting standards, reflect a significant bottom-line improvement despite modest growth in top-line revenue.

Y's Table Net Profit More Than Doubles in First Quarter

Revenue for the Japanese firm climbed to 3.55 billion yen from 3.34 billion yen in the prior year. Operating profit also saw a positive trajectory, rising to 198 million yen from 180 million yen. While pretax profit experienced a slight contraction, dipping to 170 million yen from 174 million yen, the substantial jump in net profit fueled earnings per share to 118.41 yen, up from 46.86 yen. These figures highlight a period of intensified profitability for the company as it navigates the 2026 fiscal cycle.
