CEO Vince Sadusky framed the report as a core component of the company’s broader value creation strategy. Following its transition to a specialized lottery firm, Brightstar has prioritized three pillars: human capital, stakeholder relations, and environmental preservation. Regarding personnel, the firm earned Top Employer certifications in the United States and Italy while launching a digital learning initiative centered on the ethical application of artificial intelligence.

The company also expanded its industry footprint through collaborative research. Brightstar co-hosted the Emerging Adults Summit alongside the Indiana Council on Problem Gambling and East Carolina University, facilitating a cross-border dialogue on player behavior. Its global workforce participated in 48 volunteer events, supporting 95 charitable organizations throughout the year.

Technological innovation remains the primary driver for the company's environmental goals. Brightstar implemented an AI-powered route optimization system to streamline field service dispatching, targeting a reduction in fuel consumption. Furthermore, the company integrated eco-design principles into the development of its Retailer Pro S2 terminal, aiming to optimize material usage and energy performance. While these metrics reflect significant internal efforts, the company noted that certain sustainability data points rely on evolving methodologies and remain subject to future refinement.
