Brightstar co-hosted the Emerging Adults Summit alongside the Indiana Council on Problem Gambling and East Carolina University, facilitating a cross-border dialogue on player behavior. Its global workforce participated in 48 volunteer events, supporting 95 charitable organizations throughout the year.
Technological innovation remains the primary driver for the company's environmental goals. Brightstar implemented an AI-powered route optimization system to streamline field service dispatching, targeting a reduction in fuel consumption. Furthermore, the company integrated eco-design principles into the development of its Retailer Pro S2 terminal, aiming to optimize material usage and energy performance.
