Michelle Lichte steps into the role of chief growth officer, tasked with unifying sales, marketing, and client partnerships. With over three decades of experience in the healthcare sector, Lichte intends to streamline the client experience by integrating these functions into a single strategic unit. Her focus remains on deepening market engagement and fostering long-term relationships across the healthcare ecosystem.

Marc Hirshfield takes the helm as chief delivery officer, overseeing consulting practices and recruitment. His mandate is to ensure consistent execution, leveraging his 30-year background in healthcare IT to maintain the firm’s reputation for quality. Meanwhile, Max Hanner has been named president of Managed Services. He will manage the firm’s top-ranked division, which recently secured the number one spot in the KLAS Managed IT Services rankings, with a clear focus on operational innovation and service stability.

These appointments follow a period of consistent recognition for the Panama City-based firm, which has held the top position in KLAS managed services from 2023 through 2026. By aligning its leadership team around these specific capabilities, the company seeks to provide healthcare organizations with a more cohesive partner during periods of industry volatility.
