The initiative leverages Nuvo’s proprietary monitoring technology alongside The Pregnancy Care Group’s expansive network of hospitals, employers, and government agencies. By shifting physician-directed prenatal care from the clinic into the home, the organizations hope to offer continuous oversight for patients who otherwise face significant barriers to frequent in-person visits.
Nuvo CEO Laurence Klein emphasized that geographical location should not dictate the standard of care for mothers and their babies.
