Roehrenbeck arrives with two decades of engineering experience, most recently serving as CTO at the communications platform Apptegy. During his tenure there, he spearheaded an engineering overhaul and established the technical framework for the company’s AI-powered product suite. He also brings expertise from his time as an external technology advisor to Bain & Company, where he consulted on scaling engineering teams and AI integration for high-growth firms.

At MCM, Roehrenbeck will oversee the engineering department and guide the evolution of the company’s intelligent operations platform. CEO Anthony Rotoli noted that the hire was driven by Roehrenbeck’s history of shipping tangible, AI-integrated products rather than theoretical research. The company currently supports over 300 systems across the United States, and the new leadership team aims to transition these deployments toward more predictive, conversational capabilities to help agencies manage risk and compliance more effectively.
