LiveLarge Debuts Flagship L-Space with Native AI Integration

Moving beyond disparate smart gadgets, Los Angeles-based LiveLarge Home Inc. has unveiled its Flagship L-Space, a modular living environment that embeds artificial intelligence directly into the building's infrastructure to proactively adjust to occupant behavior, mood, and daily routines in real time.

The project centers on "Space AI," a proprietary system managed by an assistant named Lila. Unlike traditional smart home setups that require manual input or fragmented device management, Lila orchestrates a suite of hardware—including 4K short-throw projectors, climate controls, and surround sound—to create a responsive environment. The company positions this as a fundamental shift from reactive aftermarket devices to a unified, context-aware architectural layer.

Endong Zhang, founder and CEO of LiveLarge, argues that current home automation has reached a plateau of complexity, forcing users to manage too many isolated tools. The L-Space aims to solve this by installing intelligence during construction rather than as an add-on. The system emphasizes local processing for privacy, keeping user data and preferences within the home module.

This launch arrives as the broader home automation sector faces a significant growth trajectory, with market projections estimating a climb from US$34.57 billion this year to US$97.05 billion by 2030. LiveLarge is initially targeting the California market with a made-to-order model, offering these standalone units as a faster alternative to conventional site-built construction.
