The 2028 calendar introduces a variety of new destinations, including maiden calls in Taiwan at Taichung and Tainan, as well as remote Alaskan stops in Petersburg, Valdez, and the Chiswell Islands. For travelers seeking immersion, the lineup features cultural experiences such as Taiwan’s Pingxi Sky Lantern Festival and a collaborative 12-day sailing with The Atlantic. These additions accompany the return of signature Seabourn experiences, including the Caviar in the Surf beach celebrations and local market tours led by onboard chefs.
At the core of the Ruby Jubilee are two marquee journeys designed to anchor the fleet's anniversary year. The 120-day Cape to Cape World Cruise departs January 7, 2028, covering 26,000 nautical miles across five continents. Later in the year, the 96-day Grand Expedition: Pole to Pole will traverse 147 degrees of latitude, moving from the High Arctic to Antarctica. Both voyages reflect the brand's shift toward destination-intensive travel, supported by an 18-person expedition team tasked with bringing guests closer to remote landscapes through Zodiac and kayak excursions.
