IntraNerve Neuroscience Elevates Clinical Leadership with Dual Appointments

Colorado Springs-based IntraNerve Neuroscience has promoted Margot Nagan and David Valentine to medical director roles, formalizing their oversight of the company’s EEG and intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring divisions. The appointments follow a long-standing physician-led strategy designed to reinforce 24/7 neurodiagnostic support for hospitals and surgical teams nationwide.

Dr. Margot Nagan, who joined the organization in 2018, assumes the role of Medical Director for the EEG service line. A board-certified neurologist and epileptologist, Nagan brings extensive clinical experience from her training at Boston Children's Hospital and Children's Hospital Colorado. Her focus will center on elevating EEG interpretation standards and spearheading quality improvement initiatives across the company’s pediatric and adult programs.

Dr. David Valentine, a member of the team since 2021, takes the helm as Medical Director for the IONM services line. Holding board certifications in neurology and clinical neurophysiology, Valentine will provide clinical guidance for the company’s intraoperative monitoring operations. His background includes residency and fellowship training at the New York University School of Medicine, providing a technical foundation for overseeing the firm’s surgical neurophysiology programs.

CEO Ryan Rosenhahn noted that these leadership changes recognize the internal expertise developed during both physicians' tenures at the company. For IntraNerve, a Joint Commission-accredited provider, these appointments serve as a strategic effort to maintain clinical consistency and support for the hospital partners and surgeons that rely on their remote neurodiagnostic services.
