Jenkins began his trajectory in 1978 after graduating magna cum laude from Boston University. Following the counsel of his father, he launched his career at KPMG before holding key leadership roles at firms including MacDonald, Levine, Jenkins & Co. and Brown & Brown LLP. His expertise deepened through his tenure as managing director at UHY Advisors FLVS Inc. and later at CBIZ Tofias, where he spearheaded forensic, litigation, and valuation services in Boston. Since 2016, he has brought this experience to Kroll, serving as president and vice-chair of the governance and risk advisory unit before transitioning to his current role as a senior advisor.

His credentials reflect a specialized focus on complex financial integrity, including certifications as a fraud examiner, financial forensics expert, and anti-money laundering specialist. Beyond the boardroom, Jenkins maintains a diverse portfolio of service, acting as a first lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary Civil Air Patrol and holding a U.S. Coast Guard captain's license. He remains committed to professional development and civic duty, mentoring college students through Scholars of Finance and serving on the board of the Drug Enforcement Administration Educational Foundation.
